A $25 million renovation of The Hotel at La Valle and La Valle Coastal Club and Resort has begun with the first renovation revealed in March 2024 – The North Golf Course’s nine holes.

When complete, the renovation will reveal reimagined experiences across the club’s 200 acres, including guest rooms at The Hotel at La Valle. Renovations will take place in phases and be completed in 2025.

Meriweather Companies, a private real estate investment and development firm, is leading the $25 million renovation of La Valle Coastal Club (Invited Clubs) and The Hotel at La Valle (managed by Springboard Hospitality).
